Catalyst Aftercare programme
This programme aims to provide support and also help the person in recovery to develop necessary skills to aid their personal development but also to enable them to have better employment/education opportunities.

Ciall Under 18 Project
A new intervention programme for drug misusers under the age of 18 using a family – therapy model. The service emphasises the need for individual support andn motivation along with the provision of holistic treatment and aftercare programmes. If medical services aare ewequired the young peorson will be referred to HSE Adolescent Addiction Team.

Aims to identify and track young unqualified early school leavers 12 – 18 years of age. Provides a range of interventions and supports to early school leavers in Dublin 12 to assist them in identifying further education training or work options. Dublin 12 LDTF provides funding for literacy training within Youthreach.

This project consists of all stakeholders with vested interest in Community Safety and illegal drug supply in the Dublin 12 area, namely DCC, Guards, Community Reps, Drugs Task Force. It is co-ordinated by the Dublin 12 Local Drugs Task Force.
