Rehabilitation Integration Service ( RIS), South West Dublin

Rehabilitation Integration Service supports and guides people, who are in recovery from substance misuse, to access relevant services needed to move forward in a positive way towards education, training or return to work. The service provides Assessment, keyworking, advocacy, support, individual progression plans, referral.
As of July 09, service also provides outreach to Curlew Road Addiction Clinic, Drimnagh,D12

| Criteria for entry: |
Over 18, stable in treatment, sustained period of abstinence from illegal drug use, proven
commitment to addressing problem drug use, interested in education, training or return to work.

| Admission/Referral: |
Referrals taken from doctors, counsellors or keyworkers. People may also self-refer.
Appointments will be given for initial assessment by RIS team.

| After care: |
Follow up service available and agreed with individual clients
