Details of programme:        A.A.  is a non profit fellowship or society of men  and women for whom alcohol had become a major  problem.  We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other to stay clean.  This is a  programme of complete abstinence from alcohol.
The programme is a set of principles written so simply that  we can follow them in our daily lives. Al-Anon is a community resource that offers on- going, open ended   non-judgemental support to people affected by someone else’s drinking,  whether or not the drinker  recognises that a problem exists.  Al-Teen is similar to the above however, offers the support to teenagers.
