Care Pathways Pilot scheme in Dublin 12

Continuum of Care Subgroup of the Dublin 12 LDTF Task Force hosted a workshop to build wider interagency participation in the NDRIC Pilot. Joe Doyle National Rehabilitation Coordinator attended. Invited key stakeholders involved in responding to the drugs issue, joined fellow statutory, voluntary colleagues to agree ways of working together to implement the new interagency National Drugs Implementation Committee ( NDRIC) Integrated Care Pathways Pilot scheme in Dublin 12 at the workshop on Wednesday 16th February 2011 at St Agnes Parish Hall, Crumlin Village, Dublin 12.
