Parents in recovery is a safe and confidential place for parents to come together to discuss their common issues.
This is done in a non-judgemental way, through peer support. Peer support means all information is based on members own personal experiences. Each meeting will have an information session in the second half of the meeting.
The mission of Parents in recovery is to provide a quality services in response to the unique needs of parents in recovery.
The criteria for joining the group are that people are living in the Dublin 12 area and have children in 10-18 agegroup.
Meetings of the group take place on Tuesday mornings,starting at 9.30am.
The first meeting of the group is Sept 13th 2011 and will run each tuesday during school term time.
